The clip-on magnetic ring is characterized by its anti-jamming capability and its impedance characteristics. It exhibits very low inductive impedance values in the low frequency band and does not affect the transmission of useful signals on the data lines or signal lines. In the high frequency band, starting at about 10MHz, the impedance is increased, the inductive component is kept small, and the resistive component is rapidly increased, and the high-frequency EMI interference energy is absorbed and dissipated in the form of heat energy. The absorption characteristics of the EMI absorbing magnetic ring/bead are usually calibrated using resistance values at 25 MHz and 100 MHz at two keypoint frequencies.
